In the course of writing the book, I subsequently came to learn, through several Sacred Scriptures of varying religions, that those who search for meaning will be assisted to find it.

The latter as a consequence of a personal black patch I went through in my life wherein I then searched passionately for a meaning to life. What is it that I could, as an accountant and at best a tax lawyer, offer towards writing a book on metaphysics, religion and philosophy? What could someone like me, being uneducated in the ways of such disciplines, offer towards an in-depth discussion of such paramount topics?Īt most only two things – a logical mind (now that I could claim to have from my many years of education and practice in accounting, economics and law) and most importantly, a passion for the search for meaning. At that point it was as if a load of bricks was removed from my shoulders and I could at last live, breathe and sleep without being obsessed with the book. It exited my psyche exactly at the point when a final draft of the book was handed by me to my partner Giselle in early 2017. This energy not only compelled me to write, it also kept me totally passionate about what I was writing, as well as led me to much of the content and insights that are expressed in the book. I don’t fully know what this energy was but I have a clear idea of when it both entered and exited my psyche. Whilst I was the only person to write this book there was a certain “energy“ in me guiding me all the way through.
